Below are the modifications I have completed on my RT thus far. When I purchased my RT the bike already had custom seats, Cee Baileys windshield and Moto Lights installed. I removed the Moto Lights since I experienced very little befinit using them.

My Rick Mayer seat had 'crushed foam' (after less than nine months) on the left side which Rick pointed out to me at the 2007 49er Rally in Auburn California. However, Rick stated to replace the piece of foam might cost ~$300. Since I find this a little too much to swallow (and poor customer service), I am investigating a new seat with anothor vendor.
